Abstract

Urządzenie do schładzania spalin z silników spalinowych z zapłonem samoczynnym wyposażonych w reaktor katalityczny, wyposażone jest w układ do schładzania spalin zasysanych ejekcyjnie z reaktora katalitycznego (3), przez który przechodzą spaliny z silnika. Przewód wylotu spalin z reaktora katalitycznego (3) połączony jest z komorą ejekcyjną (8), połączoną z tubą stożkową wylotu spalin (15), do atmosfery. Z przeciwnej strony względem tuby wylotu spalin zamocowany jest stożkowy króciec dolotowy (16), wychodzący ze sprężarki (5), poprzez który, za pomocą sprężarki (5), dostarczany jest strumień powietrza z otoczenia poprzez dolot (6), co wytwarza ciąg ejekcyjny zasysający spaliny i mieszający je z powietrzem przed usunięciem do otoczenia. Sprężarka (5) połączona jest przewodem rurowym (4) z dolotem spalin (1) do reaktora katalitycznego (3).The device for cooling exhaust gases from compression-ignition engines equipped with a catalytic reactor is equipped with a system for cooling exhaust gases sucked ejectively from the catalytic reactor (3) through which exhaust gases from the engine pass. The exhaust gas outlet duct from the catalytic converter (3) is connected to the ejection chamber (8) connected to the conical tube of the exhaust outlet (15) to the atmosphere. On the opposite side to the exhaust outlet tube, a conical inlet connector (16) is mounted, coming out of the compressor (5), through which, with the help of the compressor (5), an air stream from the environment is supplied through the intake (6), which creates a suction ejection line exhaust gases and mixing them with air before disposal into the environment. The compressor (5) is connected by a pipe (4) with the exhaust gas inlet (1) to the catalytic converter (3).
