Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania estrów metylowych przy zastosowaniu transestryfikacji katalitycznej, obejmującej etapy podgrzewania oleju roślinnego, przygotowaniu mieszaniny katalitycznej z alkoholu metylowego i katalizatora w postaci metanolu potasu, wywołania procesu transestryfikacji poprzez połączenie oleju z mieszaniną katalityczną w wymienniku ciepła w temp. A method of producing methyl esters using catalytic transesterification, including the steps of heating vegetable oil, preparing a catalytic mixture from methyl alcohol and a catalyst in the form of potassium methanol, inducing the transesterification process by combining the oil with the catalytic mixture in a heat exchanger at a temperature of 53 - 55 ° C, as a result, a post-reaction mixture is formed, separated by sedimentation into the glycerol phase and the methyl ester phase as well as the filtration and drying stage of the methyl ester phase, characterized by the fact that after transesterification the process of drying of methyl esters from methanol under vacuum and cooling of methanol vapors in a heat exchanger is carried out to 0.2% before filtration, while methyl esters are purified by filtration in a hardwood cellulose mixture or / and nut shell granulate.
