The subject of the application is a method and device for measuring tissue perfusion, in particular peripheral tissues. The method consists in placing a measuring probe (1) with a heater on the patient's body, and then supplying the heater with the supply current generated by the regulated supply system, while in the first measurement stage the heater is supplied with the measurement supply current, and then in the second measurement stage the value of the supply current is increased to the value of the heating supply current, whereby the heater is heated, and after it reaches the final temperature in the third stage, the value of the heating supply current is reduced to the value of the measured supply current. When the heater is powered, the voltage measurement signal is measured on the measurement terminals (6b, 6c) of the measurement probe (1), then the voltage measurement signal is filtered in the first input filter and then amplified with the first amplifier, at the same time the supply current is directed to the measurement shunt, on which measures a voltage control signal which is filtered by a second input filter and amplified by a second amplifier, after which the amplified analog voltage measurement and control signals are sampled. Then, the discrete amplified voltage measurement signal is converted to a digital measurement signal which is directed to the processor (8) and the discrete amplified voltage control signal is converted to a digital control signal which is directed to the processor (8), in which, based on the measured discrete values of the digital measurement and control signals, the instantaneous resistance values of the heater are calculated according to the formula RG = (UP / UB) * (KB / KP), where UP - digital measurement signal, UB - digital control signal, KP - amplification of the first amplifier, KB - amplification of the second amplifier amplifier, and then, on the basis of the resistance of the heater, instantaneous values of the heater temperature T = (RG - α)/(R0 + α) are calculated, where α - temperature coefficient of resistance of the heater conductor, R0 - resistance of the heater at 0°C, and based on the calculated values of the heater temperature, at least one value selected from the group is calculated: time constant of temperature increase, time constant of temperature drop, time of the heater temperature increase by the threshold value of the heater temperature increase relative to the reference temperature time of the heater temperature decrease by the threshold value of the heater temperature increase relative to the final temperature, which value is a value reflecting tissue perfusion and is a function of time in the form of a perfusion mapping function ( f). The device includes at least one measuring probe (1), each measuring probe (1) is connected by electrical power leads (6a, 6d) and signal leads (6b, 6c) to at least one measuring system (7), while the measuring system ( 7) is connected to a processor (8) to which a display (9) is connected, preferably equipped with a touch panel.
