Application also includes a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that the alkyl-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) dibromide, of general formula 2, is dissolved in acetonitrile or methanol, further mixed with a solution of potassium or sodium hydroxide, in a molar ratio of dibromide bisammonium to 1: 2 hydroxide, at a temperature of preferably 25 ° C, for at least 15 minutes, then the reaction mixture is cooled, further filtered, to remove the inorganic by-product, the filtrate is neutralized with nitric acid (V) in a stoichiometric ratio of hydroxide bisammonium to 1: 2, after which the product is isolated and dried at a temperature of preferably 70 ° C.
