Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu eradykacji bakteryjnych fitopatogenów z zastosowaniem stałoprądowego wyładowania jarzeniowego dc - APGD, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiesinę bakteryjnych fitopatogenów wprowadza się do układu reakcyjno - wyładowczego, do komory wyładowczej (8), w której w przestrzeni pomiędzy anodą, będącą stałą elektrodą wolframową (5), a przepływającą ciekłą katodą (6), będącą wprowadzaną do układu zawiesiną bakteryjnych fitopatogenów, bezpośrednio w atmosferze otaczającego powietrza, generuje się i utrzymuje stabilne wyładowanie jarzeniowe typu dc - APGD (4) efektywną inaktywację bakteryjnych fitopatogenów. Zgłoszenie zawiera też układ reakcyjno - wyładowczy do realizacji tego sposobu, który składa się ze szklanej komory wyładowczej (8), posiadającej cztery otwory: otwór z anodą - elektrodą wolframową (5), umieszczoną współosiowo w stosunku do przepływającej ciekłej katody (6), otwór umożliwiający wprowadzanie zawiesiny bakteryjnych fitopatogenów (6) za pomocą rurki kwarcowej (2), umieszczonej wewnątrz rurki grafitowej (3), otwór na doprowadzenie wysokiego napięcia (7) do elektrod, a także otwór z odpowiednio dopasowanym szlifem (10), umożliwiający odprowadzanie zawiesiny bakteryjnych fitopatogenów (6), poddanych działaniu wyładowania jarzeniowego dc - APGD z układu (9), za pomocą przewodu wyprowadzającego (11).The application concerns the method of eradication of bacterial phytopathogens with the use of DC current glow discharge dc - APGD, which is characterized in that the suspension of bacterial phytopathogens is introduced into the reaction and discharge system, into the discharge chamber (8), in which in the space between the anode, which is a solid tungsten electrode (5), and the flowing liquid cathode (6), which is a suspension of bacterial phytopathogens introduced into the system, directly in the atmosphere of ambient air, generates and maintains a stable glow discharge type dc - APGD (4) effectively inactivates bacterial phytopathogens. The application also contains a reaction and discharge system for carrying out this method, which consists of a glass discharge chamber (8) having four holes: anode hole - tungsten electrode (5), placed coaxially in relation to the flowing liquid cathode (6), hole enabling the introduction of bacterial phytopathogens suspension (6) by means of a quartz tube (2) placed inside a graphite tube (3), a hole for high voltage supply (7) to the electrodes, as well as a hole with a suitably adapted ground (10), enabling the removal of bacterial suspension phytopathogens (6), treated with dc - APGD glow discharge from the system (9), using the discharge cable (11).
