Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu redukcji stężeń gazowych bezwodników kwasowych, zwłaszcza stężenia CO2, w gazach odlotowych, w którym gazy odlotowe zawierające wyżej wskazane bezwodniki kwasowe kontaktuje się z absorbentem stanowiącym roztwór wodorotlenku i/lub węglanów metalu alkalicznego, w wyniku czego gazowe bezwodniki kwasowe wiązane są do postaci soli, w tym NaHCO3 i ewentualnie powstaje dwufazowa mieszanina poreakcyjna, z której po usunięciu wytrąconego NaHCO3 powstają ługi poreakcyjne. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że roztwór absorbentu zawiera zasadniczo mieszaninę wodorotlenków metali alkalicznych i dodatkowo sole nieabsorbujące: halogenki, w tym zwłaszcza chlorki, i/lub siarczany i/lub azotany metali alkalicznych i/lub amonu, oraz stężenie łączne soli w absorbencie wynosi co najmniej 5% wag. oraz stężenie wodorotlenków metali alkalicznych w absorbencie wynosi co najmniej 0,1 M; oraz sód występuje w absorbencie w ilości molowo przeważającej, a regeneracji zasadowości w ługach poreakcyjnych dokonuje się korzystnie przy użyciu ekstrakcji ciecz/ciecz.The application relates to a method for reducing the concentration of acidic anhydrides, in particular the concentration of CO2, in waste gases, in which the waste gases containing the above-mentioned acid anhydrides are contacted with an absorbent solution of the hydroxide and / or alkali metal carbonates, as a result of which the acid anhydrides are bound to form salts, including NaHCO3, and eventually a biphasic reaction mixture is formed, from which, after removal of the precipitated NaHCO3, reaction liquors are formed. The method is characterized in that the absorbent solution contains essentially a mixture of alkali metal hydroxides and additionally non-absorbing salts: halides, in particular chlorides and / or sulfates and / or nitrates of alkali metal and / or ammonium, and the total concentration of salts in the absorbent 5 wt. and the concentration of alkali metal hydroxides in the absorbent is at least 0.1 M; and sodium is present in the absorbent in a predominantly molar amount, and the regeneration of alkalinity in the reaction liquors is preferably carried out using liquid / liquid extraction.
