Sposób utleniania limonenu na węglach aktywnych, stosowanych jako katalizator, za pomocą 60% roztworu wodnego nadtlenku wodoru lub 6M roztworu wodoronadtlenku t-butylu w dekanie, w czasie od 0,5 h do 120 h, w obecności metanolu jako rozpuszczalnika, charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się komercyjne węgle aktywne przeznaczone do oczyszczania wody w ilości 2,25 - 2,9% masowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej, przy czym proces prowadzi się w temperaturze 60 - 70°C i przy stężeniu metanolu w mieszaninie reakcyjnej wynoszącym 90 - 93% masowych.The method of oxidation of limonene on activated carbons, used as a catalyst, with a 60% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide or a 6M solution of t-butyl hydroperoxide in decane, for a period of 0.5 h to 120 h, in the presence of methanol as a solvent, is characterized by that commercial activated carbons are used for purifying water in the amount of 2.25 - 2.9% by mass in the reaction mixture, the process being carried out at a temperature of 60 - 70 ° C and with a methanol concentration in the reaction mixture of 90 - 93% by mass .
