Abstract

Wynalazek należy do dziedziny termicznego przekształcania odpadowych tłuszczów roślinnych i zwierzęcych na ciekłe produkty paliwowe. Proces technologiczny polega na ogrzewaniu tłuszczów z dodatkiem katalizatorów w przystosowanym reaktorze i oddestylowaniu produktów, które następnie ulegają kondensacji w zewnętrznej chłodnicy. Proces reaktorowy poprzedzony jest oczyszczaniem tłuszczów z zanieczyszczeń mechanicznych i wody oraz białek, o ile są one istotnym składnikiem odpadu. Katalizatory są odzyskiwane w procesie i podlegają regeneracji. Jedynymi produktami ubocznymi są dwutlenek węgla oraz nieduże ilości niskowrzących węglowodorów, które także można wykorzystać jako dodatki paliwowe.The invention belongs to the field of thermal conversion of waste vegetable and animal fats into liquid fuel products. The technological process involves heating fats with the addition of catalysts in an adapted reactor and distilling off the products, which then condense in an external cooler. The reactor process is preceded by purification of fats from mechanical impurities and water as well as proteins, provided they are an important component of waste. Catalysts are recovered in the process and are regenerated. The only by-products are carbon dioxide and small amounts of low-boiling hydrocarbons, which can also be used as fuel additives.
