Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania sferoidalnego 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-onu, polegający kolejno na rozpuszczeniu wyjściowego 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-onu o dowolnej formie krystalicznej w gorącej mieszaninie rozpuszczalników, zawierającej wodę, co najmniej jeden rozpuszczalnik organiczny oraz surfaktant, krystalizacji 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-onu z niniejszej mieszaniny poprzez jej chłodzenie, a następnie oddzieleniu wykrystalizowanego sferoidalnego 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-onu od pozostałej mieszaniny, korzystnie za pomocą filtracji. Zastosowanie gorącej mieszaniny rozpuszczającej 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-on, zawierającej wyżej wymienione składniki oraz dwuetapowego chłodzenia - kolejno szybkiego z wykorzystaniem wymiennika ciepła oraz wolnego - umożliwia uzyskanie sferoidalnych kryształów 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-onu o niskiej porowatości i średniej wielkości z zakresu od 100 µm do 350 µm.The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of spheroidal 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one, which consists in successively dissolving the starting 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one of any crystalline form in a hot solvent mixture , containing water, at least one organic solvent and a surfactant, crystallizing 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one from this mixture by cooling it, and then separating the crystallized spheroidal 3-nitro-1,2,4- triazol-5-one from the remaining mixture, preferably by filtration. The use of a hot mixture of 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one dissolving, containing the above-mentioned components and two-stage cooling - successively using a heat exchanger and a slow one - allows to obtain spheroidal crystals of 3-nitro-1,2,4 -triazol-5-one with low porosity and medium size in the range from 100 µm to 350 µm.
