Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób separacji i zatężania kwasu bursztynowego, w którym do wodnego roztworu kwasu bursztynowego o stężeniu 3,64 g/dm3 dodaje się glicerol o stężeniu 1,77 g/dm3, laktozę o stężeniu 0,13 g/dm3, etanol o stężeniu 0,75 g/dm3 oraz kwasy: mrówkowy o stężeniu 1,2 g/dm3, mlekowy o stężeniu 0,85 g/dm3 i octowy o stężeniu 1,2 g/dm3. Następnie roztwór miesza się i w trakcie mieszania reguluje się pH dodając wodorotlenek sodu do pH 8 ÷ 10. Powstałą mieszaninę w celu uzyskania dwóch frakcji - zatężonego retentatu i zubożonego permeatu - podaje się separacji w procesie nanofiltracji, a w dalszej kolejności retentat poddaje się procesowi elektrodializy bipolarnej.The subject of the invention is a method for separating and concentrating succinic acid, in which glycerol with a concentration of 1.77 g/dm3, lactose with a concentration of 0.13 g/dm3 and ethanol with a concentration of 0.75 g/dm3 and acids: formic acid with a concentration of 1.2 g/dm3, lactic acid with a concentration of 0.85 g/dm3 and acetic acid with a concentration of 1.2 g/dm3. Then the solution is mixed and, while stirring, the pH is adjusted by adding sodium hydroxide to pH 8 ÷ 10. The resulting mixture is separated in the nanofiltration process to obtain two fractions - concentrated retentate and depleted permeate, and then the retentate is subjected to bipolar electrodialysis.
