Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób drukowania przestrzennego obiektu 3D i urządzenie do drukowania przestrzennego obiektu 3D w szczególności do drukowania obiektów trójwymiarowych w kolorze. Sposób drukowania przestrzennego obiektu 3D, w którym wykonuje się kolejne warstwy poprzez ułożenie warstwy materiału na podstawie modelowej w miejscach odpowiadających przekrojowi obiektu 3D dla tej warstwy. Utworzoną warstwę utwardza się, a na niej tworzy się następną warstwę po przemieszczeniu budowanego obiektu 3D wraz z podstawą modelową o poziom odpowiadający grubości budowanej warstwy. Na ułożoną warstwę nakłada się kolor. Urządzenie (1) do drukowania przestrzennego obiektu 3D zawiera ramę (2), umieszczony w ramie zbiornik (3) z materiałem (4) do podawania, głowicę (12) do wydawania warstwy materiału (4) osadzoną na prowadnicach (7), podstawę modelową (5) przemieszczaną w pionie układem podnoszącym (6). W ramie (2) na prowadnicach górnych (7) osadzona jest głowica drukująca (10).The present invention relates to a 3D object spatial printing method and a 3D object spatial printing device, in particular for printing three-dimensional objects in color. A method of 3D spatial printing, in which subsequent layers are made by arranging the material layer on a model basis in places corresponding to the cross-section of the 3D object for this layer. The created layer is hardened, and then the next layer is created after moving the 3D object being built along with the model base by a level corresponding to the thickness of the layer being built. A color is applied to the layer. The device (1) for 3D printing of the 3D object includes a frame (2), a tank (3) placed in the frame with material (4) for feeding, a head (12) for dispensing a layer of material (4) mounted on guides (7), a model base (5) vertically moved lifting system (6). The printhead (10) is mounted in the frame (2) on the upper guides (7).
