Abstract

Przegub meblowy, zwłaszcza do mebli tapicerowanych, mający ramię stałe zamocowane do elementu stałego mebla i ramię ruchome połączone z ruchomym elementem mebla, przy czym ramię ruchome zamocowane jest obrotowo względem ramienia stałego, charakteryzuje się tym, że do jednego z ramion, korzystnie ramienia ruchomego (2), zamocowany jest nieruchomo względem tego ramienia jednokierunkowy zacisk (6), który jest osadzony na obwodzie tarczy (9), a tarcza (9) jest umieszczona nieruchomo względem wkładek ciernych (4) i osadzona na ich piastach (12). Jednokierunkowy zacisk (6) ma otwór i przelotowy rowek, który rozdziela zacisk (6) na dwie części, przy czym każda z części jest połączona z ramieniem, korzystnie z ramieniem ruchomym (2). Korzystnie jednokierunkowy zacisk (6) zawiera ogranicznik rozwarcia zacisku (6), przy czym ogranicznik (6) jest elementem oporowym dla jednej części zacisku (6) i jest usytuowany w obrębie obydwu części zacisku (6). Wkładki cierne (4) są tak usytuowane względem siebie, że skierowane są do siebie swoimi piastami (12). Zacisk (6), tarcza (9) i wkładki cierne (4) umieszczone są pomiędzy zakończeniami (13) ramienia, korzystnie ramienia stałego (1) i złączone ze sobą za pomocą śruby (5), przy czym pomiędzy śrubą (5), a powierzchniami zewnętrznymi zakończeń (13) ramienia, korzystnie ramienia stałego (1), umieszczone są sprężyny dociskowe (7), korzystnie sprężyny talerzowe o regulowanym stopniu ściśnięcia, przy czym stopień ściśnięcia sprężyn dociskowych (7) jest regulowany za pomocą śruby (5). Jednokierunkowy zacisk (6) zawiera elementy blokujące, które w skrajnych położeniach ramienia ruchomego (2) stykają się z elementem oporowym (14).
