Zestaw surowcowy przeznaczony na autoklawizowane wyroby wapienno-piaskowe, sklada sie z drobno mielonego piasku kwarcowego w ilosci 67,7-79,6% wagowych, tlenku wapnia otrzymanego w warunkach laboratoryjnych w ilosci 6,0-7,0% wagowych, dodatku mineralnego w postaci granulowanego zuzla wielkopiecowego rozdrobnionego metoda mielenia do powierzchni wlasciwej nie mniejszej niz 400 m2/kg w ilosci 4,0-12,0% wagowych oraz aktywatorów chemicznych w postaci gipsu lub anhydrytu w ilosciach równych 1,0% wagowych lub wodorotlenku sodu, w ilosci 5,0-6,0% wagowych; wodorotlenku potasu w ilosci 5,0-6,0% lub weglanu sodu w ilosci 7,0-8,0% wagowych oraz wody w ilosciach zaleznych od rodzaju wprowadzonego aktywatora.A set of raw materials for autoclaved sand-lime products, consists of finely ground quartz sand in the amount of 67.7-79.6% by weight, calcium oxide obtained in laboratory conditions in the amount of 6.0-7.0% by weight, in the form of granulated blast furnace slag, ground method of grinding to a specific surface of not less than 400 m2 / kg in the amount of 4.0-12.0% by weight and chemical activators in the form of gypsum or anhydrite in amounts equal to 1.0% by weight or sodium hydroxide in the amount of 5.0-6.0% by weight; potassium hydroxide in the amount of 5.0-6.0% or sodium carbonate in the amount of 7.0-8.0% by weight and water in the amounts depending on the type of activator introduced.
