Abstract

Kompozycja składa się z granulatu zawierającego kandesartan cyleksetylu, glikol polietylenowy oraz substancje pomocnicze, w którym stosunek wagowy kandesartanu cyleksetylu do glikolu polietylenowego zawiera się w zakresie od 5:1 do 2:1 oraz z fazy zewnątrzgranularnej stanowiącej mieszankę proszkową, zawierającą amlodypinę lub jej farmaceutycznie akceptowalną sól oraz substancje pomocnicze. Kompozycję wytwarza się mieszając wytworzony drogą granulacji na mokro granulat z fazą zewnątrzgranularną. Z kompozycji według wynalazku przygotowuje się jednostkowe postaci dawkowania.
