Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania pelletu opałowego z trocin o zwiększonej kaloryczności polega na zmieszaniu trocin, wiórów z drewna z dodatkami w postaci: przeterminowanej kaszy, plew, zepsutego ziarna, zużytego oleju itp., które poddaje się procesowi rozdrobnienia większych frakcji, suszenia, dozowania dodatków, uśredniania, kształtowania chłodzenia. Charakteryzuje się tym, że trociny o wilgotności 50-70% oraz rozdrobnione wióry z drewna, poddaje się suszeniu, a potem mieszaniu dodatkami podnoszącymi kaloryczność i stabilizującymi jakość produktu finalnego, korzystnie w proporcjach 1/85, po czym poddaje procesowi suszenia wstępnego do uzyskania wilgotności mieszaniny na poziomie 14-16%, korzystnie w temperaturze około 400°C w czasie około 1 godziny. Następnie poddaje procesowi uśredniania masy do uzyskania proporcji trocin stanowiącej 85 do 98% mieszaniny i dozuje w końcowym etapie przepracowany olej do uzyskania wymaganej konsystencji i poddaje uaktywnieniu w parze wodnej o temperaturze około 120-150°C, naturalnym lepiszczem w postaci wytrącanej ligniny z materiału pochodzenia roślinnego, po czym prowadzi proces rozbijania masy na równe porcje i poddaje granulowaniu poprzez formowanie, w wysokiej temperaturze 100-120°C do uzyskania średnicy 8-12 mm. Z kolei poddaje procesowi chłodzenia w czasie około 5-10 min, do temperatury około 20°C, po czym poddaje odsianiu, oddzielając od niego frakcje, które nie zostały zgranulowane.The method of producing fuel pellets from sawdust with increased calories consists in mixing sawdust, wood shavings with additives in the form of expired porridge, chaff, broken grain, used oil, etc., which are subjected to the process of grinding larger fractions, drying, dosing of additives, averaging, shaping cooling. It is characterized by the fact that sawdust with a humidity of 50-70% and shredded wood chips, is subjected to drying and then mixing with additives increasing calorific value and stabilizing the quality of the final product, preferably in 1/85 proportions, after which it is subjected to a preliminary drying process to obtain humidity mixtures at a level of 14-16%, preferably at a temperature of about 400 ° C for about 1 hour. Then, it undergoes the process of mass averaging to obtain a proportion of sawdust constituting 85 to 98% of the mixture, and dispenses the used oil in the final stage to obtain the required consistency and subjected to activation in steam at a temperature of about 120-150 ° C, a natural binder in the form of precipitated lignin from material of origin plant, followed by the process of breaking the mass into equal portions and subjected to granulation by molding, at a high temperature of 100-120 ° C to obtain a diameter of 8-12 mm. In turn, it undergoes a cooling process for about 5-10 min, to a temperature of about 20 ° C, after which it is screened, separating from it fractions that have not been granulated.
