Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mobilny zuraw skladany, jako urzadzenie dzwigowe do podnoszenia najciezszych ladunków, nawet powyzej 500 ton, co oznacza jednoczesnie, ze stosowany jest do podnoszenia, czy tez przenoszenia ladunków o adekwatnych do wagi znacznych gabarytach. Mobilny zuraw skladany, o konstrukcji modulowej zawiera co najmniej jeden wysiegnik (1), obrotowa wieze (2) z kolumna (3) na stopie (4), umieszczony jest na mobilnym podlozu (5), zespól do podnoszenia (6) polaczony jest z co najmniej jednym wierzcholkiem (7), gdzie wysiegnik (1) zmontowany jest z modulów wysiegnika (8), wzajemnie polaczonych przez zespoly laczace (9). Kazdy modul wysiegnika (8) skonstruowany jest jak konstrukcja szkieletowa, skladajaca sie z podluznic (10) i poprzecznie i jednoczesnie lub zamiennie ukosnie laczacych je pretów (11), gdzie podluznica (10) sklada sie co najmniej z dwóch czesci. Moduly co najmniej jednego wysiegnika (1) sa demontowalne na mniejsze i zasadniczo pojedyncze elementy, którymi sa glównie podluznice (10) i prety (11). Kazda pojedyncza podluznica (10) wyposazona jest w co najmniej dwa wypusty (15), zakonczone kolnierzami gdzie wypusty znajduja sie na koncach lub wewnatrz dlugosci podluznicy 10 pod katem prostym lub ostrym wzgledem niej, a pojedynczy pret (11) wyposazony jest na swych koncach w kolnierze gdzie wypust i jednoczesnie lub zamiennie kolnierz stanowia element zespolu laczacego (9). Kazdy kolnierz ma zaglebienie, w którym ciasno ulozony jest twardy, sztywny i lity wypelniacz odporny na sily scinajace i skrecajace, i usztywniajacy zespól laczacy (9), gdzie obwiedniowo rozmieszczone otwory w kolnierzach sa wzgledem siebie dopasowane osiowo, tworzac wraz z przechodzacymi przez nie sworzniami polaczenie kolnierzowo-sworzniowe (19). Elementy stopy (4) sa laczone polaczeniem kolnierzowo-srubowym (19), i podobnie elementy kolumny (3) laczone sa polaczeniem kolnierzowo-srubowym (19), a takze elementy wiezy (2) laczone sa polaczeniem kolnierzowo-srubowym (19).
