Abstract
Hermetyczny turbogenerator parowy, stosowany w elektrowniach parowych z obiegiem cieplnym, pracującym na niskowrzącym czynniku roboczym, charakteryzuje się tym, że czynnikiem chłodzącym generator elektryczny (3), umieszczony wraz z turbiną parową (2) wewnątrz wspólnego szczelnego korpusu (4), jest rozprężona w turbinie parowej (2) para czynnika roboczego (1), przy czym wlot (10) sprężonej pary czynnika roboczego (1) umiejscowiony jest w korpusie (4) przed turbiną parową (2), a wylot rozprężonej pary czynnika roboczego (1) umiejscowiony jest w korpusie (4) za generatorem elektrycznym (3), od którego rozprężona para czynnika roboczego (1) odbiera ciepło. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również elektrownia parowa, gdzie czynnikiem chłodzącym generator elektryczny (3) turbogeneratora, umieszczony wraz z turbiną parową (2) wewnątrz wspólnego szczelnego korpusu (4), jest rozprężona para czynnika roboczego (1). Sposób chłodzenia polega na tym, że jako czynnik chłodzący generator elektryczny (3) stosuje się rozprężoną parę czynnika roboczego (1). Najpierw czynnik roboczy (1) w stanie pary o odpowiednio wysokim ciśnieniu kieruje się wlotem (10) w szczelnym korpusie (4) na turbinę parową (2), w której następuje rozprężenie czynnika roboczego (1). Następnie rozprężoną parę czynnika roboczego (1) kieruje się na generator elektryczny (3), gdzie płynąca rozprężona para czynnika roboczego (1) pełni funkcję czynnika chłodzącego. Po czym czynnik roboczy (1) kieruje się na zewnątrz wylotem (11) w korpusie (4).A hermetic steam turbine generator, used in steam power plants with a thermal cycle, operating on a low-boiling working medium, is characterized by the fact that the cooling medium of the electric generator (3), placed together with the steam turbine (2) inside a common sealed body (4), is expanded in steam turbine (2) steam of the working medium (1), where the inlet (10) of the compressed steam of the working medium (1) is located in the body (4) in front of the steam turbine (2), and the outlet of the expanded steam of the working medium (1) is located in the body (4) behind the electric generator (3), from which the expanded steam of the working medium (1) receives heat. The subject of the invention is also a steam power plant, where the cooling factor for the electric generator (3) of the turbogenerator, placed together with the steam turbine (2) inside a common tight body (4), is the expanded steam of the working medium (1). The cooling method consists in using expanded steam of the working medium (1) as a cooling medium for the electric generator (3). First, the working medium (1) in the state of steam at a sufficiently high pressure is directed through the inlet (10) in the tight body (4) to the steam turbine (2), where the working medium (1) expands. Then, the expanded vapor of the working medium (1) is directed to the electric generator (3), where the flowing expanded steam of the working medium (1) acts as a cooling medium. Then the working medium (1) flows out through the outlet (11) in the body (4).
