Abstract

Espagnolette lock for turn and/or tilt windows or the like, with a rotatable follower (10) which is arranged in a housing (11) of the frame or of the wing, the follower (10) mounted rotatably in the housing (11) and actuable by means of a handle transmitting the rotational movement to a slide (13) displaceable rectilinearly in the housing (11), and the slide (13) being lengthened by means of a rod (14) having at least one bolt or the like, and the rod (14) being capable of being pushed with its push-in end into a receptacle (21) of the slide (13) and, by means of a perforation, receiving a spring-loaded snap bolt (23) which extends transversely relative to the rod (14) to be pushed in. <IMAGE>
