The new and original form of an industrial design is manifested in its shape, line arrangement and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a chocolate bar in perspective. As shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1, a chocolate bar according to an industrial design is a flattened cuboid element with a rectangular base. The upper wall of the bar is divided into four identical rectangular segments by semicircular transverse channels. On each of the segments created in this way there is an engraved outline of a woman's head and the word "Danusia" engraved below it. Moreover, both longer side, upper edges of the bar have a semicircular recess along their entire length. Important features of the industrial design The chocolate bar shown in the illustrative material of the figs . 1 is characterized by the following: - it is a flattened cuboid element with a rectangular base, and - its upper wall is divided by semicircular transverse channels into four identical rectangular segments, and each of the segments thus created has an engraved outline of a woman's head , under which the word "Danusia" is engraved, and moreover - both longer side, upper edges of the bar have a semi-circular recess along their entire length.
