Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest naroznik tapicerowany nalezacy do szerszej zestawu mebli tapicerowanych. Zostal on zaprezentowany na fotografii „Fig." 1A oraz na rysunku „Fig." 1B. Naroznik tapicerowany w widoku od tylu stanowi plaszczyzne zblizona do dwóch poziomych prostokatów, o róznej powierzchni. Plaszczyzna wieksza jest ma powierzchnie okolo dwa razy wiek- sza od mniejszej. W widoku od strony frontowej naroznik „Fig." 1A sklada sie z dwóch oparc o róznej powierzchni. Oparcia te sa wykonczone specjalnymi przeszyciami pionowymi i poziomymi. W przypadku wiekszego oparcia przeszycia te dziela oparcie na cztery regularne pola (poziome prostokaty). Mniejsze oparcie jest podzielone przeszyciami dzielac plaszczyzne oparcia na dwa regularne prostokaty poziome oraz jeden prostokat pionowy. Naroznik posiada dwa siedziska o róznej powierzchni. Siedzisko wieksze jest ulozone równo- legle do oparcia, a mniejsze prostopadle. Siedziska maja powierzchnie plaska z pojedynczymi prze- szyciami. Istotnymi elementami naroznika sa jego boczki, majace charakterystyczny eliptyczny ksztalt na których to, na górnej krawedzi wylozona jest specjalna poducha. Poducha ta jest „wywinieta" w kie- runku zewnetrznym boczków. Naroznik posiada dwa zespolone ze soba skrzyniowe korpusy o róznej powierzchni. Od strony frontowej korpusy te sa obszyte materialem dwubarwnym o kontrastujacym ze soba kolorach, ciemny i jasny. Naroznik posiada wyrazna pozioma „wstege", która przebiega wzdluz jego korpusów oraz na boczkach, na których to lekko zalamuja sie ku górze. Dolna czesc korpusu stanowia poziome jednolite „poprzeczki" o ksztalcie poziomych prostokatów. Konstrukcja naroznika spoczywa na okraglych, metalowych chromowanych stópkach, które oprócz funkcji nosnej naroznika nadaja mu takze okreslony walor estetyczny. Niezwykle charakterystyczne sa takze: oryginalny ksztalty boczków, poduchy ozdobne na boczkach, przeszycia poziome i pionowe na oparciach. Korpusy naroznika tapicerowanego to kolejny i jeden z bardziej charakterystycznych cech calego zestawu, a w szczególnosci jego ksztalt, proporcje oraz zastosowana kolorystyka. It was presented in the photo "Fig." 1A and in the drawing "Fig." 1B. The upholstered corner sofa, viewed from the back, is a plane similar to two horizontal rectangles with different surfaces. The larger plane has an area approximately twice as large as the smaller one. In the front view, the corner sofa "Fig." 1A consists of two backrests with different surfaces. These backrests are finished with special vertical and horizontal stitching. In the case of a larger backrest, these stitches divide the backrest into four regular fields (horizontal rectangles). The smaller backrest is divided by stitching, dividing the backrest surface into two regular horizontal rectangles and one vertical rectangle. The corner sofa has two seats with different surfaces. The larger seat is placed parallel to the backrest, and the smaller one perpendicular. The seats have a flat surface with single stitching. Important elements of the corner sofa are its sides, which have a characteristic elliptical shape, on which a special cushion is placed on the upper edge. This cushion is "turned" towards the outside of the sides. The corner sofa has two box bodies with different surfaces, joined together. On the front side, these bodies are trimmed with two-tone material with contrasting colors, dark and light. The corner sofa has a distinct horizontal "band" that runs along its bodies and on the sides, where they bend slightly upwards. The lower part of the body consists of horizontal, uniform "crossbars" in the shape of horizontal rectangles. The structure of the corner sofa rests on round, chrome-plated metal feet, which, in addition to the supporting function of the corner sofa, also give it a specific aesthetic value. Important features of the industrial design: An important feature of the industrial design is the new spatial shape of the upholstered sofa. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material: photographs "Fig." 1A and drawing 1B attached to the application. The most characteristic features of the presented sofa are upholstered furniture include: its style, colors used (two contrasting colors), finishes, decorative elements (stitching and ribbons). Also exceptionally characteristic are: the original shapes of the side panels, decorative cushions on the side panels, horizontal and vertical stitching on the backrests. The bodies the upholstered sofa is another and one of the most characteristic features of the entire set, in particular its shape, proportions and colors used.
