Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku j est sposób wymiany ciepła w procesie hydroodsiarczania olejów napędowych, pozwalający na obniżenie energochłonności procesu. The subject of the invention is a method of heat transfer in the process of hydrodesulphurization of diesel oils, which allows to reduce the energy consumption of the process.
The technological process of hydrodesulphurization of diesel oils takes place in several successive unit operations. Sulfurized diesel fuel as a raw material is heated to the reaction temperature and subjected to catalytic desulfurization in a reactor in the presence of hydrogen. The post-reaction mixture is separated in separators into a gas phase containing light hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen, and into a liquid phase of the desulfurized oil, which is then stabilized in a stabilization column. Stabilization consists in stripping the remaining amounts of lighter hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulphide and hydrogen from the oil by steam stripping. The stabilized oil contains a certain amount of water which is removed in the drying unit using nitrogen gas striping.
The individual unit operations of the process, i.e. oil desulphurization, separation, stabilization and dehydration, are carried out at various temperatures appropriate for a given operation. The catalytic desulphurization process takes place at the temperature of 350-380 ° C, and the separation - at the temperature of 170-200 ° C in the case of using high-temperature separators, or 35-45 ° C in the case of pressure-change separators. The stabilization of the desulfurized oil is carried out at a temperature of 170-200 ° C and the final operation of dehydration of the oil at 90-100 ° C. The whole process therefore requires first introducing large amounts of heat and then removing it from the streams, the temperature of which is lowered to the value appropriate for the subsequent operations. The level of energy consumption of the hydrodesulfurization process is, next to the efficiency of catalytic desulfurization, the most important factor determining the quality of the process. The reduction of energy consumption is achieved by heat exchange between technological streams of different temperature. However, in the known hydrodesulfurization processes, the possibilities of recovering heat accumulated in technological streams are still insufficiently used. In particular, the heat contained in small, low flow rate and relatively low temperature streams is lost. The heat is lost as a result of cooling these streams with cooling water, which is also an expensive medium, and the heat losses are supplemented with additional amounts of fuel oil burned in the furnace heating the raw material.
The aim of the invention is to develop such a method of heat exchange that allows the fullest possible use of heat, once introduced and contained in the technological system of the process.
W wymianie ciepła między drugim struThe essence of the method according to the invention consists in the fact that the streams whose heating in the process requires the greatest amount of heat, i.e. the feed sulfurized oil stream or the stream of desulfurized oil fed for stabilization in the case of low-temperature separation of the post-reaction mixture, are heated by heat exchange sequentially with three different technological streams, the first of which is dried diesel oil leaving the drying column, the second - stabilized oil leaving the stabilization column! the third - post-reaction mixture leaving the reactor. In the heat exchange between the second string
On the other hand, the amount of heat that is transferred to the feed or oil to be desulfurized is such that the temperature of the stabilized oil after heat exchange is lower than the operating temperature of the drying column, i.e. the oil stabilized on one hand, and the raw material or the desulfurized oil on the other hand. The thus cooled stabilized oil is then heated to the operating temperature of the drying column by heat exchange with the vapor stream received at the top of the stabilization column, thereby cooling the vapor, and the oil is directed to the drying column. On the other hand, in the heat exchange between the third mentioned stream, i.e. the reaction mixture leaving the reactor on one side, and the raw material or oil desulphurized before the stabilization column on the other hand, the amount of heat that is transferred to the raw material or to the oil desulphurized before the stabilization column is such that the temperature of the desulphurized oil is after the exchange, it was close to the operating temperature of the stabilization column.
It turned out that the inclusion of a small mass stream to the heat exchange between technological streams, i.e. the stream of vapors from the stabilization column and the stream of diesel oil dried at a relatively low temperature, transfers an unexpectedly high increase in the degree of heat utilization contained in the technological system of the process, which increase is reflected in in a surprisingly drastic reduction in the consumption of heating oil as a heat carrier introduced into the process, and a similarly drastic reduction in the consumption of cooling water, which in the method according to the invention is only used to subcool the streams mentioned above, after efficient use of their heat in the process.
Dzięki wykorzystaniu ciepła oparów ze szczytu kolumny stabilizacyjnej do ogrzewania oleju stabilizowanego przed kolumną osuszającą, znacznie większą część ciepła oleju stabilizowanego opuszczającego kolumnę stabilizacyjną można wcześniej przenieść do wymagających ogrzania strumienia surowca albo strumienia oleju odsiarczonego kierowanego do kolumny stabilizacyjnej, to znaczy można schłodzić olej stabilizowany do temperatury niższej niż wymagane w kolumnie osuszającej. By using the heat of the vapor from the top of the stabilization column to heat the stabilized oil in front of the drying column, much of the heat of the stabilized oil leaving the stabilization column can be transferred earlier to the feed stream or desulphurized oil stream that requires heating and is directed to the stabilization column, i.e. the temperature stabilized oil can be cooled down. lower than required in the drying column. Surprisingly, the efficiency of this heat transfer increases favorably and influences the overall heat balance of the process system, thanks to the prior heating of the streams with the heat of the oil dried from the drying column.
Stosowanie sposobu według wynalazku poważnie obniża energochłonność procesu hydroodsiarczania poprzez zwiększenie ilości ciepła zachowanego w układzie technologicznym i wykorzystanie go, w ogólnym bilansie, do ogrzania surowca przed piecem do wyższej temperatury. The use of the method according to the invention significantly reduces the energy consumption of the hydrodesulfurization process by increasing the amount of heat retained in the technological system and using it, in the overall balance, to heat the raw material before the furnace to a higher temperature.
The method according to the invention is explained in more detail in the examples, based on the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the technological system of the diesel hydrodesulphurisation process, in which the separation of desulphurized oil from the gas phase is carried out at high temperature, and Fig. 2 - a diagram a technological system in which separation is carried out at low temperature, and in separators operating on the basis of pressure changes.

The post-reaction mixture2 with a temperature of 340-380 ° C at the exit of the reactor is cooled first by heat exchange with the raw material in the exchanger 4 to a temperature of 260-280 ° C, then to a temperature of 180-200 ° C in the exchanger C 'by heat exchange with with desulfurized oil 8 entering the stabilization column 9, and to a temperature of 80-100 ° C, through heat exchange with the raw material entering the installation, in the exchanger 3. Then the reaction mixture is cooled in a water cooler 5 to 35-45 ° C and fed to a block of low-temperature pressure separators 6, where the gas phase 7 is separated from the desulfurized oil. After leaving the block of separators 6, the desulfurized oil 8 is heated by heat exchange sequentially with three different technological streams. First it is heated to about 65 ° C in exchanger A 'at the expense of the heat of the oil 16, which leaves the drying column 14, then in exchanger B' it is heated to a temperature of 100-120 ° at the expense of the heat of the stabilized oil 10 leaving the stabilization column 9, and exchanger C 'to a temperature of 170-200 ° C at the expense of the heat of the post-reaction mixture 2, which previously gave up part of the heat of the raw materials in the exchanger 4. The desulphurized oil, thus heated to the operating temperature of the stabilization column 9, i.e. to 170-200 ° C, is introduced to this column and the light hydrocarbons, the remaining hydrogen sulphide and the hydrogen are stripped from the oil by means of steam and are withdrawn as vapors 12 from the top of the column. The desulfurized stabilized oil 10 is collected from the bottom of column 9 and cooled to 70 ° C in exchanger B 'by heat exchange with non-stabilized desulfurized oil 8. The stabilized oil 10 is then heated in exchanger 11 at the expense of the heat of condensing vapors 12 to a temperature of 90-100 ° C, that is, to the operating temperature of the drying column 14, into which the heated oil is introduced. The vapors 12, after heat exchange in the exchanger 11, are subcooled with water in a water cooler 13 to 35-45 ° C. In the drying column 14, water and any light hydrocarbons remaining in the oil are stripped off by nitrogen stripping. The vapors 15 are discharged at the top of the column, and the dried diesel oil 16 collected at the bottom gives off heat in the exchanger A 'as the first heating stream for the desulphurized oil directed to stabilization in column 9. The dried oil cooled in exchanger A' to 60 ° C is cooled with water to a temperature of 40 ° C in a water cooler 17.
