Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uchwyt do moco¬ wania przedmiotów plaskich wpuszczanych w ot¬ wory zwlaszcza plyt grzejnych w otworze blatu szafki.W znanych dotychczas rozwiazaniach istota uch¬ wytu jest lacznik w postaci dzwigni Jednoramien- nej z nagwintowanym otworem, w który wchodzi wkret specjalny utwierdzony w zaczepach plyty grzejnej. Ruch obrotowy wkreta powoduje przesuw lacznika na wymagany wymiar zalezny od grubosci blatu. Zasadnicza wada tego rozwiazania jest to, ze w przedstawionym wyzej polaczeniu plyty grzej¬ nej z blatem zlacze srubowe jest niekorzystnie obciazone momentem gnacym.Celem wynalazku bylo opracowanie takiej kon¬ strukcji uchwytu, w którym sruba nie bylaby ob¬ ciazona momentem gnacym.Istota rozwiazania uchwytu jest suwak wyprofi¬ lowany w taki sposób, ze opiera sie on jednym wygieciem o spód blatu stolu, a drugim styka sie z ekranem p'yty grzejnej. Suwak tworzy uklad dzwigni, natomiast wkret wywierajacy poprzez su¬ wak nacisk na laczone elementy przenosi napreze¬ nia osiowe.Rozwiazanie przedstawione jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok z boku w prze¬ kroju poprzecznym przez os wkreta, a fig. 2 widok z przodu z pominieciem blatu szafki. Plyta grzejna 1 posiada mocowany w znany sposób ekran 2 os- 10 15 20 25 30 laniajacy elementy grzejne. The aim of the invention was to develop such a structure of the handle, in which the screw would not be loaded with a bending moment. there is a slide shaped in such a way that it rests with one bend against the underside of the table top and with the other bend in contact with the screen of the hob. The slider forms a lever arrangement, while the screw exerting pressure on the connected elements through the slider transfers the axial stress. The solution is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view through the axis of the screw, and Fig. 2 front view excluding the cabinet top. The heating plate 1 has a 2-sided screen that is attached to the heating elements in a known manner. In the screen 2, holes 3 are made in the shape of a rectangle with an opening for inserting the slider 4, which has a hole slightly larger than the diameter of the screw 6. The screen 2 also has a shelf 5 with a threaded hole for screwing in the screw 6. The operation of the handle is as follows. The hob 1 with the screen 2 is inserted into the hole 8 made in the worktop 7. The hole 8 in the worktop 7 is smaller than the external dimensions of the hob 1.
