Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest element gwintowany, zwlaszcza do mocowania przedmiotu obrabianego, przykladowo do zastosowania w uchwytach trzpieniowych do mocowania czesci korpusowych, w trzpieniach rozpreznych, w mocowadlach z lapa dociskowa do mocowania przedmiotów na stolach obrabiarek.Obecnie w uchwytach trzpieniowych stosowana jest zwykla nakretka gwintowana, która poprzez podklad¬ ke, przewaznie z przecieciem, mocuje przedmiot obrabiany. Nakretka gwintowana stosowana jest równiez w mo¬ cowadlach z lapa do dociskania przedmiotu obrabianego. W rozwiazaniach tych wystepuja znaczne opory tarcia na powierzchni czolowej nakretki.Istota rozwiazania wedlug wynalazku polega na tym, ze element gwintowany ma lozysko kulkowe wzdluz¬ ne osadzone pomiedzy wkladka dociskowa a czescia chwytowa. Currently, in arbor holders, a common threaded nut is used, which clamps the workpiece through the chock, usually with a cut. The threaded nut is also used in clamps for clamping the workpiece. In these solutions there are significant frictional resistances on the end face of the nut. The essence of the solution according to the invention is that the threaded element has a longitudinal ball bearing embedded between the pressure insert and the shank. The pressure insert is secured with an elastic ring. The advantage of the solution according to the invention is that the frictional resistance on the pressure surface has been replaced by a much lower rolling resistance, which allows to obtain a high pressure force. The solution according to the invention is presented in the examples of implementation on 1 shows a threaded element in the form of a nut, and Fig. 2 shows a threaded element in the form of a screw. The threaded element has an axial ball bearing 1, which is seated between the pressure insert 2 and the shank 3.
