Szklo to nastepnie rozdrabnia sie i dodaje kwas solny, aby uzyskac kwasne srodowisko w celu usuniecia tlen¬ ków sodu. Tworza sie kolo¬ idalne kompleksy potasowo krzemionkowe, które ulatwiaja synteze szkla powodujac obnizenie tem¬ peratury frytowania. Pozwala to uzyskac wysoka wytrzymalosc na przebicia pradem elektrycznym ksztaltek szklanych powyzej 100 KV/mm.Sposób wytwarzania ksztaltek szklanych wedlug wynalazku ilustruja ponizsze przyklady. 134 910./' 134919 Przyklad I. The glass shapes used for construction elements of the electron work of tube tubes must have appropriate mechanical, electrical and chemical parameters due to their operating conditions. These shapes are structural elements supporting and symmetrizing the cathode and anode of the CRT tube, and are spaced about 1 mm from each other, between which tensions of thousands of volts and very high temperatures are generated. This causes that the shapes must be resistant to sudden changes in temperature, and above all, their resistance to electric breakdown must be above 100 KV / mm. The known method of producing glass shapes described in the book by W. Espe entitled The "Werkstoffkunde der Hoclwacuumtechnik", issued in Berlin in 1960, consists of the preparation of glass containing silica, boron oxides and sodium oxides. This glass is then crushed and hydrochloric acid is added to create an acidic environment to remove sodium oxides. This method is laborious. because the efficiency of leaching sodium oxides depends on maintaining the values of a number of parameters such as temperature, time, proportions of individual components, etc. These requirements are very difficult to meet, which causes that some of the shapes obtained by the known method do not has the required technical parameters. The aim of the invention was to develop a simple and economical method of producing glass shapes with the required technical parameters, especially with high resistance to electric current exceeding 100 KV / mm. The method according to the invention consists in adding up to 75-85 ° / 2 to 8% by weight of powdered silica glass by weight of potassium hydroxide and then the batch held is ground, dried and 15-25% by weight boric acid is added. The obtained frit mixture is then eaten at the temperature of 1773-1823 K, then the powder is ground into a powder with a grain diameter below 50 µm, a plasticizer is added and the resulting mass is pressed under a pressure of 300-1000 kg / cm2, which is burnt in temperature 1193-1253 K. The addition of 2 to 8% by weight of potassium hydroxide causes the formation of an alkaline solution of potassium hydroxide in the grinding process, which is reactive with the silica raw material used. Colloidal potassium-silica complexes are formed, which facilitate the glass synthesis, resulting in a lower frying temperature. This makes it possible to obtain a high electric current strength of glass shapes above 100KV / mm. The method of producing glass shapes according to the invention is illustrated by the following examples. 134,910. / 134919. Example 1. Silica raw material in a silica glass cutter in an amount of 80% of pellets is ground in a porcelain mortar for grain granulation below 1 mm, 18% by weight of dry boric acid is added to it. and; 2 wt.% - Potassium hydroxide. This set is fused at 1773 K to obtain a glass mass. Then it is ground to a grain diameter below 40 µm, then 10% by weight of a polyvinyl acetate solution is added as a plasticizer and the resulting mass is pressed under a pressure of 300 kg / cm 2, which is then fired at a temperature of 1223 µK. glass has an average electric current strength of 12 KV / mm, coefficient of thermal expansion = 2.5 × 10-8 cm / cm-1, and the softening temperature according to Littleton was 1103 K. Example II. 80% by weight of the silica raw material in the form of silica glass crumbs is ground to a grain size of less than 1 mm. 4% by weight of potassium hydroxide and 30% by weight of water are added to it. This set is ground for 20 hours, dried and added to it 20%. The boiled mixture is pressed into lozenges, which are then eaten at tempera turzo 1773 After flowing out, the resulting stick is crushed and a plasticizer is added in the form of 10 % of a solution of methyl acrylate in toluene. The resulting mass is pressed into shapes under a pressure of 1000 KG / cm2, which then burns at a temperature of 1203 K. "The obtained glass shapes have an average electric current strength of the order of 140 KV / mm. The remaining parameters are the same as in the example I. Patent claim A method of producing glass shapes, especially for cathode ray tubes, from powdered silica glass, formed by pressing and sintering, characterized in that up to 75-85% by weight of powdered quartz glass is made up to 2-8% of powdered silica glass. by weight of potassium hydroxide, the mixture is ground, dried and 15-25% by weight of boric acid is added, then the obtained mixture of frit is eaten at a temperature of 1773-1823 K, then ground into a powder with a particle diameter of less than 50 µm, a plasticizer is added and the obtained the masses are pressed into pieces under the pressure of 300—1000 KG / cm *, which burn out at the temperature of 4I «3 ^ 12S3 K.OZGraf.
