Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i uklad do napowietrzania scieków i osadów sciekowych, stosowany w oczyszczalni scieków.Znane sa sposoby napowietrzania scieków i osadów sciekowych, w których sprezone powietrze doprowa¬ dza sie do reaktorów przy pomocy urzadzen mechanicznych. Urzadzeniami tymi moga byc turbiny napowietrza¬ jace zanurzone czesciowo w sciekach lub zespoly sprezarek, znajdujace sie w specjalnych pomieszczeniach, pola¬ czone przewodami z koncówkamkroboczymi zwlaszcza dyfuzorami zanurzonymi w sciekach. Umozliwia to czerpanie energii niezbednej do wytworzenia obszaru podcisnieniowego z energii przeplywu scieków, a tym samym, samoczynny przebieg procesu napowietrzania scieków, bez potrzeby dopro¬ wadzania dodatkowej energii z zewnatrz. W kazdym zbiorniku od dolu w obszarze scieków, najkorzyst¬ niej rozmieszczone równomiernie i obejmujace cala powierzchnie otwartego dna zbiornika, umieszczone sa kali-2 133 159 browane koncówki robocze. 1 przedstawia schemat ukladu z kilkoma zbiornikami podcisnieniowymi w widoku z góry, fig. 2 fragment ukladu z pojedynczymi zbiornikami i innym usytuowaniem koncówek roboczych w widoku bocznym.W ukladzie przedstawionym na fig. 1 umieszczone sa zbiorniki podcisnieniowe 2 w komorze reakcyjnej 1.Zbiorniki 2 odwrócone sa dnami do góry. W zbiornikach tych znajduja sie koncówki robocze 3 stanowiace ruszt napowietrzajacy. Do komory reakcyjnej 1 doprowadza sie scieki przewodem doplywowym 4 , zas oczyszczone powietrze i napowietrzone scieki -odplywaja przewodem odplywowym 5. Obszary podcisnieniowe 6 polaczone sa przewodami ssacymi 7 z dysza 8 poprzez regulator 9. Dysza 8 umieszczona jest w kanale odplywowym 10 oczyszczalni scieków. Fig. 2 przedstawia fragment urzadzenia z pojedynczym zbiornikiem 2 laczonym do dna komory reakcyjnej 1 na trwale.Scieki doprowadzane sa do komory 1 przewodem 4 a odprowadzane przewodem 5 do zbiornika. Powietrze ssane przewodem 7 tworzy podcisnienie w obszarze 6. Na skutek tego powietrze atmosferyczne doprowadzane przewodami do koncówek 3 przechodzi przez cala objetosc scieków i przedostaje sie do obszaru 6 a stamtad do przewodu 7. Wielkosc ssania reguluje sie regulatorem 9.Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. There are known methods of aeration of sewage and sewage sludge, in which compressed air is supplied to reactors by means of mechanical devices. These devices may be aerating turbines partially submerged in sewage or compressor sets, located in special rooms, connected by conduits with micro-working tips, in particular with diffusers immersed in sewage. The method according to the invention consists in introducing portions of sewage and / or or sediments and is subjected to negative pressure by creating a negative pressure area above the sewage, and at the same time from the bottom air is supplied to this portion under atmospheric pressure, and it is distributed evenly over the entire surface of the reservoir. the air from the negative pressure area of the reservoir is discharged to a nozzle situated in a passageway situated in the cascade of draining sewage. This makes it possible to derive the energy necessary to generate the vacuum area from the waste water flow energy, and thus to automatically run the sewage aeration process, without the need to supply additional energy from the outside. According to a variant of the method, the invention consists in aerating the sewage and / or sludge it is intermittent. After aeration of a certain active capacity of the tank of a portion of sewage and / or sludge, the process is interrupted, then these portions are discharged outside the tank, and then? a new batch of wastewater to be aerated is introduced into the tank and the process is repeated. A further variant of the method according to the invention consists in the fact that the wastewater aeration is continuous. In order to ensure that the tank is properly filled, on the one hand, non-aerated sewage is supplied to it continuously, and, on the other hand, also continuously, aerated sewage is discharged at a similar capacity. The system according to the invention consists in containing at least one sealed and preferably open bottom vessel located in the reaction chamber. In each tank from below in the area of the waste water, most preferably evenly distributed and covering the entire surface of the open bottom of the tank, there are caliber-2 133 159 cut working tips. A suction pipe is connected to the vacuum area of each tank, connecting this area, preferably via a regulator, to the vacuum generator. Further advantages according to the invention are obtained if the vacuum generators in the system are a nozzle located in the passage of the channel placed in the cascade of flowing sewage so that the nozzle together with the passage of the channel it creates a jet pump that uses the energy of the sewage flow. The solution according to the invention allows to reduce the hydrotechnical equipment, ensures reliability, continuity of sewage treatment, free of dynamic loads from the air stream, resulting in a greater uniformity of aeration. on the basis of the example shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 shows a diagram of a system with several vacuum tanks in top view, fig. 2 a fragment of a system with individual tanks and different positioning of working tips in a side view. In the arrangement shown in Fig. 1, vacuum tanks 2 are placed in the reaction chamber 1. The tanks 2 are turned upside down. In these tanks there are working terminals 3 which constitute an aerating grate. The waste water is supplied to the reaction chamber 1 through the inlet conduit 4, and the cleaned air and aerated sewage are supplied by the drainage conduit 5. The vacuum areas 6 are connected by suction conduits 7 with the nozzle 8 through the regulator 9. The nozzle 8 is placed in the outflow conduit 10 of the sewage treatment plant. Fig. 2 shows a fragment of a device with a single vessel 2 permanently connected to the bottom of the reaction chamber 1. Wastewater is led to chamber 1 through line 4 and discharged through line 5 to the tank. The air that is sucked in through the line 7 creates a negative pressure in the area 6. As a result, the atmospheric air fed through the lines to the terminals 3 passes through the entire volume of the wastewater and passes into the area 6 and from there into the line 7. The amount of suction is regulated by the regulator 9. Patent claims 1.
