Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest rama roweru elektrycznego. Posiada ona korpus, część podsiodełkową i wahacz. Charakteryzuje się ona tym, że składa się z bryły korpusu (1), do której górnej części zamocowana jest na stałe korpus część podsiodełkowej (2), natomiast do dolnej części bryły korpusu (1) zamocowany jest adapter (3), do którego poprzez oś (4) zamocowany jest wahacz (5). Wahacz (5) składa się z dwóch równolegle ułożonych ramion, z których każde posiada pierwszą część (5a) skierowaną ku tyłowi i ku górze, z którego końcem połączony jest druga części (5b) skierowana ku tyłowi i w dół pod kątem rozwartym (?). Do pierwszych części (5a) wahacza (5) pomiędzy ramionami zamocowana jest wahliwie pierwszym końcem sprężyna gazowa (6), która drugim końcem zamocowana jest wahliwie do tylnej powierzchni bryły korpusu (1). We wnętrzu bryły korpusu (1) znajduje się wybranie (1a), posiadająca płaską podstawę usytuowaną pod kątem do podłoża natomiast podstawy wybrania (1a) przykryte są klapami. Bryła korpusu (1), korpus części podsiodełkowej (2), adapter (3) i wahacz (5) wykonane są z kompozytu.The subject of the application is an electric bicycle frame. It has a body, seat and swingarm.
