Rama (2) w postaci kratownicy wyposażona jest w elementy do jej wielopunkowego mocowania do warstwy osłonowej, które to elementy mają postać talerzyków (6) z powierzchnią (7) do klejenia i są osadzone wymiennie w ramie (2). Ponadto w ramie (2) osadzone są z wykorzystaniem otworów co najmniej trzy stopy oporowe (11) o regulowanej pozycji w stosunku do ramy (2), poprzez które rama (2) sprzężona jest z zespołem ciągnącym (12). Rama (2) wyposażona jest w zaczep (20) do zaczepiania końcówki (21) mechanizmu rozciągającego (16) zespołu ciągnącego (12).The device (1) for in situ testing of the actual state of connection of the construction covering layer mounted on the ground is equipped with a frame (2) and a pulling unit (12) coupled to the frame (2).
