Ten sposóo odwadniania betonów posiada szereg wad które praktycznie uniemozliwiaja stosowanie go w warunkach budowy. Celem wyeliminowania powyzszych wad i niedogodnosci opracowano sposób zageszczenia betonu, który dzieki wprowadzeniu prózniowego odwadniania i rewibracji umozliwia odprowadzenie kilkakrotnie wiekszej ilosci wody z masy betonowej. Prac. The method of vacuum dewatering of concrete mass, known and recommended in domestic and foreign literature, consists in concentrating it with the use of vibrators, and then draining excess water. the use of devices inducing a negative pressure effect, while the duration of the negative pressure on the concrete surface is continuous. This method of concrete drainage has a number of disadvantages that make it practically impossible to use it in construction conditions. The main disadvantages include the continuity of the dewatering process, which causes the pulling of small concrete mass particles and the sealing of microchannels and the formation of a body on the concrete surface that prevents the flow of water from capable layers of concrete mass. The action of the negative pressure without the flow of water causes frosting of the drain pipes until the formation of ice plugs in them already at an ambient temperature of + 10 ° C. The above-mentioned phenomena, caused by the effect of negative pressure on the concrete mass, limit the drainage time to several minutes, and the amount of water drained does not exceed 15%, which has a minimal effect on the concentration of concrete, and thus its strength. In order to eliminate the above-mentioned defects and inconveniences, a method of concrete consolidation has been developed which, thanks to the introduction of vacuum drainage and revibration, enables the discharge of several times more water from the concrete mass. The essence of the concrete consolidation method, according to the invention, is the combination of two classic, separately used methods, vibration and vacuum drainage, into one combined technological process characterized by interval-alternating the effect of their specific features on the concrete mass. The total time of vacuum drainage and revibration is basically similar to that of classic vacuum drainage. This is achieved thanks to the possibility of using the method simultaneously on two surfaces of the concrete mass with the exception that while vacuum drainage is performed on one of them, the second layer is subjected to revibration. The process of vacuum dewatering is interrupted when the pores and microchannels become closed2 111724, signaled by a decrease in the water flow in the drainage conduit, and then the concrete mass is subjected to revibration. The re-vibration changes the viscosity of the concrete, opens the pores and creates new microchannels, which allows for effective repeated vacuum drainage. The activities of vacuum drainage and revibration can be repeated many times depending on the assumed parameters for building elements, with the fact that the time of each drainage is a constant value, while the time of each subsequent revision is greater than the previous one. This method of dewatering enables the drainage of water in the amount of more than 50%%. Patent claim A method of concentrating the concrete mass by means of vacuum drainage and vibration processes, characterized by the fact that "the concrete mass is alternately subjected to vacuum drainage and revibration as one technological process, with each time the drainage cycle is constant, while the time of each subsequent revibration is greater than the time of the previous revibration.
