Abstract
The present utility model relates to a substrate composition for the production of lactic acid. The substrate for lactic acid production comprising 100 ml of fermented substrate and 900 ml of milk solution wherein the milk solution has a ratio of 100g milk diluted in 1000 m1 hot water.The substrate provides alternative sources of sugar-rich wastes materials as substrates in the production of lactic acid. It also allows a continuous supply of lactic acid serum for use as probiotic, in crop production, plant growth, soil stabilizer and feed additives.
