Abstract

A switch device includes a switch body (1) and an operating unit (2). The switch body (1) includes a control unit (5), a setting unit (52) including at least one switch (520, 521), and a case (10) that is shaped like a box and houses the control unit (5) and the setting unit (52). The control unit (5) performs various settings when a switch (520, 521) of the setting unit (52) is operated. The case (10) includes, in the front face, an operating component (121, 122, 123) for operating the switches of the setting unit (52). The operating unit (2) is attached to the case (10) so as to be movable between a first position in which the front face of the case (10) is covered up and a second position in which the front face of the case (10) is exposed.
