Abstract
Un aparato acelerador de levantamiento artificial por gas sumergible en pozos para la extraccion de petroleo en pozos terminados, comprendiendo: u modulo de bomba de chorro que consiste en una carcasa tubular la cual contiene un Venturi con una garganta de Venturi, un difusor de Venturi y un inyector de Venturi, conectando un lado hacia abajo del pozo de baja presion con crudo del yacimiento de alta densidad, con un lado hacia arriba del pozo con una mezcla energizada de alta presion y baja densidad, dentro de una tuberia de produccion, un conducto de entrada que conecta el exterior de dicho mandril tubular con la garganta del Venturi interno, lo que permite el flujo de un gas presurizado inyectado desde un equipo de superficie a traves del espacio anular formado por la tuberia de revestimiento del pozo y la tuberia de produccion, acelerandose dicho gas a medida que sale del conducto de entrada y pasa por dicho inyector del Venturi en su salida hacia la garganta Venturi creando una caida de presion en el lado inferior del aparato donde se encuentra el fluido del pozo de baja presion y alta densidad haciendolo fluir hacia la garganta del Venturi donde el gas acelerado se mezcla con el fluido del pozo creando la mezcla energizada en el difusor del Venturi, un elemento de restriccion de flujo de retorno que consiste en un elemento de bloqueo que es presionado contra un asiento en la zona del conducto de entrada del gas por medio de un elemento tipo resorte, siendo dicho elemento de bloqueo normalmente cerrado, el cual se abre cuando la presion del gas de entrada supera la fuerza de compresion del resorte, al menos un elemento de interfaz intercambiable el cual bloquea y fija la posicion del aparato a la tuberia de produccion o a un elemento de la tuberia de produccion y sella el paso de los fluidos entre el interior y el exterior del aparato, pudiendo estar localizado en la parte inferior del modulo bomba de chorro o en la parte superior del modulo bomba de chorro o en ambas partes del modulo bomba de chorro
