REFERIDO A UN PROCESO PARA LA FABRICACION DE UNA LAMINA DE CEMENTO REFORZADA CON FIBRAS ESTRATIFICADAS QUE COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: A) FORMACION DE UNA MONOCAPA DE FIBROCEMENTO DE PESO 250 A 750 G DE SOLIDOS POR M-2 MEDIANTE LA DESCARGA CONTINUA DE UNA SUSPENSION CEMENTOSA; B) TRANSFERENCIA DE LA MONOCAPA A UN FIELTRO TRANSPORTADOR DE DESHIDRATACION; C) TRANSFERENCIA DE LA MONOCAPA EN UN CILINDRO DE FORMACION HASTA QUE LA LAMINA DE CEMENTO REFORZADA HAYA ALCANZADO EL ESPESOR DESEADO EN DICHO CILINDRO Y EN DONDE DICHO PROCESO ES IMPLEMENTADO EN UNA LINEA HATSCHEK EXISTENTE. DICHA LAMINA SE CARACTERIZA POR UN FACTOR DE ORIENTACION EXPRESADO COMO LA PROPORCION DE LA MAXIMA RESISTENCIA DE FLEXION EN DIRECCION CRUZADA A LA MAXIMA RESISTENCIA DE FLEXION EN DIRECCION DE LA MAQUINA.REFERRED TO A PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A CEMENT SHEET REINFORCED WITH STRATIFIED FIBERS THAT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STAGES: A) FORMATION OF A SINGLE LAYER OF FIBROCEMENT WEIGHT 250 TO 750 G OF SOLIDS PER M-2 THROUGH A CONTINUOUS DISCHARGE OF SUSPENDED CEMENT ; B) TRANSFER OF THE MONOCAPA TO A DEHYDRATION CONVEYOR FELT; C) TRANSFER OF THE SINGLE-LAYER IN A FORMING CYLINDER UNTIL THE REINFORCED CEMENT SHEET HAS REACHED THE DESIRED THICKNESS IN SAID CYLINDER AND WHERE SAID PROCESS IS IMPLEMENTED IN AN EXISTING HATSCHEK LINE. SUCH SHEET IS CHARACTERIZED BY AN ORIENTATION FACTOR EXPRESSED AS THE RATIO OF THE MAXIMUM BENDING RESISTANCE IN THE CROSS DIRECTION TO THE MAXIMUM BENDING RESISTANCE IN THE MACHINE DIRECTION.
