QUE COMPRENDE: a) MEZCLAR UN ACEITE (ACEITE LUBRICANTE OBTENIDO DE LOS VEHICULOS QUE SE EMPLEAN EN LAS MINAS) CON AGUA PARA FORMAR UN COMBUSTIBLE QUE INCLUYE UNA EMULSION, EN PRESENCIA DE UN EMULSIONANTE/SURFACTANTE QUE FORMA EL 0,2-1% EN PESO DE LA EMULSION; Y, b) MEZCLAR LA EMULSION CON NITRATO DE AMONIO EN PARTICULAS SOLIDAS (EN FORMA DE PRILLS POROSAS), PARA QUE EL NITRATO DE AMONIO ABSORBA LA EMULSION A FIN DE FORMAR UN EXPLOSIVO ANFO. LAS PROPORCIONES RELATIVAS DE EMULSION Y NITRATO DE AMONIO EMPLEADAS SON DE MANERA QUE, EN EL EXPLOSIVO ANFO EL ACEITE FORMA EL 5-8% EN PESO DE ESTE. (b) SE REALIZA MEDIANTE BOMBEO DE LA EMULSION DESDE UN TANQUE FUENTE Y MEDIANTE EL ROCIAMIENTO DE ESTA, POR MEDIO DE UNA TOBERA, SOBRE EL NITRATO DE AMONIO EN PARTICULAS EL CUAL SE MUEVE POR LAS ACANALADURAS DE UNA BARRENA A FIN DE PROPORCIONAR UN MEZCLADO ADICIONAL, EN UNA PROPORCION DE NITRATO DE AMONIO/EMULSION DE 95:5-85:15WHICH INCLUDES: a) MIXING AN OIL (LUBRICATING OIL OBTAINED FROM VEHICLES USED IN MINES) WITH WATER TO FORM A FUEL THAT INCLUDES AN EMULSION, IN THE PRESENCE OF AN EMULSATOR / SURFACTANT THAT FORMS 0.2-1% IN WEIGHT OF THE EMULSION; AND, b) MIX THE EMULSION WITH AMMONIUM NITRATE IN SOLID PARTICLES (IN THE FORM OF POROUS PRILLS), SO THAT THE AMMONIUM NITRATE ABSORBS THE EMULSION IN ORDER TO FORM AN ANFO EXPLOSIVE. THE RELATIVE PROPORTIONS OF EMULSION AND AMMONIUM NITRATE USED ARE IN A WAY THAT, IN THE ANFO EXPLOSIVE, THE OIL FORMS 5-8% BY WEIGHT OF THIS. THE OIL FORM, IN THE EMULSION, 55-86% BY WEIGHT OF THIS.
