Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a cross arm assembly and a transmission pole. The cross arm assembly comprises a cross arm and a transition plate; the cross arm comprises a mandrel, a sleeve, insulating layers, and wire fixing terminals; the sleeve is fixedly connected to the middle of the mandrel; the mandrel is coated with the insulating layers; the left and right sides of the sleeve are both provided with the insulating layers; both ends of the mandrel are provided with the wire fixing terminals, respectively; the outer wall of the sleeve is provided with connecting lugs; the cross arm is fixedly connected to the transition plate by means of the connecting lugs via capture slots formed in the side walls the transition plate. The cross arm assembly of the present invention is simple in structure and easy to install and maintain, and is applicable to a variety of pole bodies.

Claims (9)

What is claimed is:
1. A cross arm assembly, characterized in that, the cross arm assembly comprises a cross arm and a transition plate, wherein the cross arm comprises a core rod, a sleeve, insulating layers and wire fixing terminals; 5 the sleeve is fixedly connected to a middle portion of the core rod; the insulating layers are wrapped around the core rod, and are arranged on both left and right sides of the sleeve; the wire fixing terminals are installed on both ends of the core rod respectively; an outer wall of the sleeve is provided with connecting lugs, and the cross arm is fixedly 10 connected to the transition plate through the connecting lugs; side walls of the transition plate are provided with capture slots; an upper surface and a lower surface of the sleeve are respectively provided with connecting lugs, which are first connecting lugs; and the sleeve is installed in the capture slots, and the first connecting lugs are fixedly 15 connected with the side walls of the transition plate.

The cross arm assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting lug and the side wall of the transition plate are connected by a bolt; the first connecting lug comprises two parallel flanges, and the bolt is installed between the two flanges; a distance 20 between the two flanges is larger than a diameter of an inscribed circle of a nut of the bolt, and is smaller than a diameter of a circumscribed circle of the nut of the bolt.
3. The cross arm assembly according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a top-phase cross arm, wherein a top end of the top-phase cross arm is provided with a wire-hanging 25 terminal, and the top-phase cross arm is fixed on an upper surface of the transition plate.

The cross arm assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the cross arm further comprises a medium-phase wire fixing terminal, the insulating layers comprise a long insulating layer and short insulating layers, the long insulating layer is located on one 30 side of the sleeve, and the multiple short insulating layers are located on the other side of the sleeve; and the medium-phase wire fixing terminal is located between the adjacent short insulating layers, and is fixed on the core rod.
5. The cross arm assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a back portion of the transition plate is provided with two parallel triangular pads extending in a vertical direction, and the transition plate is provided with an installation hole located between the two triangular pads.

The cross arm assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the wire fixing terminal comprises a wire-hanging portion and a snap-fit portion; the snap-fit portion is provided with an insertion groove which is opened horizontally, and the wire-hanging portion is connected to a top end of the snap-fit portion; and 10 an end of the core rod is installed in the insertion groove.
7. The cross arm assembly according to claim 6, wherein the wire fixing terminal further comprises a hanging ring which is located below the wire-hanging portion. 15
8. The cross arm assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a cross section of the core rod is rectangular.
9. A transmission pole, comprising a pole body and a cross arm assembly fixed on the 20 pole body, characterized in that, the cross arm assembly is the cross arm assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
