Abstract

Disclosed is a packaged air conditioning unit for conditioning air in an interior space of a building with dehumidified air to provide improved comfort and environmental conditions. The packaged air conditioning unit include a suction chamber for receiving outdoor air and return air, the suction chamber being configured such that the outdoor air is conditioned by a first heat exchanger to provide dehumidification prior to passing through second and third heat exchangers located in the supply air duct that provide additional heating and cooling.
