Abstract

604254 Disclosed is a smoking article (10) with a rod of smokeable material (11). The smoking article has a first sheet material (13) comprising at least one diluent, with the diluent present in an amount effective to dilute emissions from the rod of smokeable material during combustion. The article further has a second sheet material (12) which does not contain diluent, with the second sheet material wrapped around the circumference of the rod of smokeable material and extending along the entire length of the rod of smokeable material.
