Abstract

Disclosed is an active body (2) comprising, as active mass, multiple flares (3, 4) arranged behind each other or stacked, in particular for the generation of decoys. The active body (2) is enclosed in a plastics-like container (1) such as a plastic film or a shrink tube. Plastics disks or films are placed on the end face of the container and are connected to the plastics film or the tube by adhesion or heat sealing (6) such that the container (1) is hermetically sealed.
