Abstract

2-[[(2-pyridinyl) metyl] sulfinyl]-IH-benzimidazolderivater med generell formel (V), hvor R2 betegner H, OCH3, OCHF2 eller CF3, R3 betegner H, CH3 eller OCH3/ R4 betegner H, OCH3, OCH2CF3, halogen eller nitro, R5 betegner H, CH3 eller OCH3, og N er O eller l, eller salter derav,- fremstilles ved en ny fremgangsmåte som foregår via nye mellomprodukter med generell formel (I), (II), (III) og (Va) hvor R1 betegner forgrenet eller rettkjedet Cj. 8-alkyl, C3.8-sykloalkyl, aryl, aralkyl med ^gC-atomer i alkyldelen, eller en 5-6-leddet heterosyklisk gruppe med 1,2 eller 3 heteroatomer utvalgt fra nitrogen, svovel og oksygen i den heterosykliske ring. Forbindelsene med formel (V) er biologisk aktive og/eller kan anvendes som mellomprodukter ved syntese av biologisk aktive forbindelser.
