En anordning for måling av pensomstillings- kraften ved skinnepenser omfatter en målebolt (5) som kan sette3 inn i et ledd av pensmotoren. På målebol- tens (5) frie ende er det anordnet et hode (7) i hvilket det er anordnet en elektromekanisk føler (8) . Målebolten (5) er forsynt med ringformede forhøynin- ger hhv. ribber (6), som utenfor leddets midtplan (13) som krysser leddaksen (14) er anordnet i en aksial avstand (a, b) fra hverandre og samvirker med mot hverandre svingbare deler (2, 4) av leddet.
