Abstract

Elektrokjemisk aktor med et lukket gassrom er forsynt med flere stableformet anordnede celler (7). Hver celle inneholder en elektrode av et fast legeme av et elektrokjemisk reverserbart. oksyderbart stoff og en gassdannende hhv. gassforbrukende motelektrode hvorved det tilveiebringes et reverserbart elektrokjemisk reaksjonsforløp ved hjelp av en likestrøm l gassrommet, som kan omsettes l en bevegelse ved trykkoppbygnlng eller trykknedbygnlng. For begrensning av gassdannelsen og arbeldsbanen er anordnet en mekanisk påvlrkbar elektrobryter, hvis påvlrknlngsorgan (14) er anordnet l bevegelsesbanen til et av gasstrykket påvirket innstilllngsledd (4) slik at når en på forhånd gitt endestllllng til innstlllingsleddet (4) nåes avbrytes tllslutningsledningen til likestrømskilden.
