Abstract

Oppfinnelsen omhandler en fremgangsmåte og en i anordning for installasjon av en kabel i en rørformet kabelkanal. I fremgangsmåte blir den : fremre enden (3) til kabelen (1) i reret (10) og påfølgende deler av kabelen, først akselerert i 'løpet av en kort tidsperiode med en kontinuerlig fremføring av ytterligere kabelpartier fra en torsjonsfri opplagring. Deretter fra det øyeblikk | hvor en bestemt hastighet v er oppnådd, blir det j opprettholdt et strekk i kabelen slik at nevnte hastighet og strekk, setrifugalkrefter i bend og innovervirkende komponenter fra strekkreftene i kabelen utligner hverandre ved en posisjon gitt av nevnte bend, idet ytterligere partier av kabelen blir fremført med en forsyningshastighet slik at den del av kabelen som allerede er matet inn i røret kan fortsette å gli med utgangspunkt i kabelens massetreghetsmoment. Akselerasjonen kan oppnås ved å la drivkrefter virke på kabelen ovenfor innløpsende (10a) sammen med trekkrefter som virker på i det minste kabelens (1) fremre ende (3) i røret. Størrelsen av i det minste drivkreft- ene styres ved å nullregulere netto tverrgående kraft på kabelen ved et bend (8; 51) i kabelen lokalisert utenfor den posisjon hvor drivkreftene virker på kabelen i dennes bevegelsesretning.
