Description
The present invention relates to a container for residential purposes with at least one opening, through which access is given to its inner space.
Containers for residential purposes have been known for a long time and are especially used on construction sites instead of ordinary mobile homes. The advantage of using the container lies in the fact that these can be transported to the necessary places as a result of their standardized form of transport on the lorries prepared for this purpose.
The disadvantage, however, is that these containers were used as individual pieces and placed next to each other only in case of larger housing needs. There is thus an opportunity to put them together so that they form coherent spaces. However, such large rooms are necessary where larger crews are needed for e.g. larger construction sites and on drilling platforms. It is also excluded to carry out work in a single container which must have a larger room, which is usually possible within residential and commercial buildings. Thus, it is e.g. solely to furnish a lecture room where several people can be shown display items.
As a further disadvantage, it has proved difficult to combine supply devices, supply lines in the already small internal spaces.
There is thus a need, especially when using containers for residential purposes such as housing stock on larger construction sites and also as a hospital in the event of disasters, research stations at special locations to be able to provide container systems that do not have the above-mentioned disadvantages.
The task of the present invention is therefore to provide a container system for residential purposes which has all the advantages of a permanently erected large building while at the same time having the advantage of being easily transportable.
According to the present invention, this task is solved by the container being combined with at least one further container into a container system of which at least two containers have openings corresponding to each other and have at least one access opening which opens a further access to the container system at the container system's combining container. This container for residential purposes has the advantage that it can be combined into a residential complex of variable size and different purposes. In the form of a building box system, it is possible to set up buildings with deadlines, which until now could only be provided by creating a permanent large building. The function rooms can be completely separated from the living rooms. A further significant advantage lies in the fact that without walking. from the containers out into the open air can reach rooms in the other container.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the container within the system is connected in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction only potentially connected to each other. This results in the significant advantage that, even with the simultaneous continued use of the housing complex, the overall complex can be constantly adapted to the case of need. Only a very low installation complexity occurs. There is no need for work interruptions so that the functionality of the plant is always guaranteed. The assembly practically corresponds to the full extent of the container transport system used on ships. Precisely for construction with deadlines, it is important that the set-up and take-down can be carried out with as much routine intervention as possible.

A container for residential purposes for the container system according to the present invention mainly consists of several combined containers with corresponding openings 1 and an access opening 2 for access to the container system. The stacked containers are connected to each other. Between the individual containers there are fire safety devices. The individual containers have the same dimensions. Corresponding opening 1 is partially the size of a whole row of containers. The corresponding openings 1 are connected by means of flanges 3, which are formed by a sealing and insulating ring 4, which is fixed by means of screw bolts 5, which are passed through holes for the screw bolt 7 through two door frames 6 and pressed between said door frames. The sealing and insulating ring 4 is then located between the outsides of the door frame 6. The perimeter of the door frame 6 is precisely adapted to the corresponding opening 1. The sealing and insulating ring 4 is in turn precisely adapted to the shape of the door frame 6. In the door frame 6, the door 9 is partially arranged, as it is used in shipbuilding and corresponds to the highest fire class requirement. The flange 3 is covered from the inner space with the cladding 10 around the screw heads 11 or screw ends 12.
The aisles are formed by aisle containers 14. These are 20" containers, which with their longitudinal axis are placed across the longitudinal axis of two containers standing parallel and next to each other with regard to their longitudinal axis, the container from the front side 3 to the ones next to each other standing containers are covered by the respective walking containers 14.
Over forsyningsledningene 15 er anbrakt isolasjon 17. The corridor containers then have at least one opening 1 in the size of a container front side 13. At the end of a corridor, the corridor container 13 is arranged whose one front surface pointing outwards is closed. The aisle container 14 accommodates the supply line 15, which is secured under the aisle container deck 16. Insulation 17 is placed above the supply lines 15. The supply line is designed in . form of pipe, which is assembled at corresponding openings 1 in the container front side 13 to the aisle container 14 by means of connecting pieces 18. At the connection between the aisle container 14 are flaps for access 19 to the supply lines 15. In the supply line 15 are T-pieces 20 where the branching is provided to the supply openings 21.
The supply lines 15 open into an outward-leading collection line 22, which in turn opens into a supply opening in the "outer wall 23. This supply opening is flanged in the outer wall 23, as corresponding openings 1 between respective two containers. Where the supply lines J5 are led out of the corridor container 14 to adjacent containers to the supply opening 21, there are flaps for the passage 24 in the wall of the container 14. A vacuum prevails for the suction of used water at one of the supply lines 15. A container is designed as a moisture cell 25 with a collection vessel 26. The collection vessel 26 is designed with a float 27, which is designed as a control device for releasing the suction vacuum. The float 27 is a dosing device for releasing the suction vacuum and suction of the used water in partial amounts.
A sheet 29 is welded to the container bottom 28. A wooden layer 30 is placed on this sheet 29, on which coating 31 is laid.
Holes for screw bolts 7 are provided in the supporting frame 33 of the container, but which are located outside the outer wall 23 of the container and which are completed with the help of the screw bolt 5 in the direction of an adjacent container. With the help of these screw bolts 15, containers standing next to each other are held together. Between respective support frames 33 to be fastened together, a seal 34 is placed between adjacent containers, which is precisely adapted to the square of the support frame 33. In the place where screw bolts 5 are present outside the inner frame, bottom flaps 35 are arranged to provide access. .
On the floor to. the container is located on U-rails 36 and then parallel and immediately in front of the container walls. The yoke 37 to the U-rail 36 is on the floor and the leg 38 is directed upwards. The wall cladding 39 is arranged in the U-rail 36. Under the roof at a distance of one roof covering thickness, angle rails 40 are arranged, one leg 41 of which is attached to the wall cladding 39 and the other leg 41 of which is at right angles to the direction of the container wall above.
However, one leg 41 of the angle rails 40 can also be attached to the container roof and then at a distance equal to the wall thickness, the other leg 41 being placed at a right angle in front of the wall covering 39 in the direction of the container bottom 28.
The angle rail 40 attached to the wall covering 39 is fitted with a roof covering 42. A container designed as a fuel oil tank container 43 holds the fuel oil required for the container system. Another container designed as a tank container for water 44 holds the water required for the water supply to the container system. A container is designed like a kitchen 45. Several with their longitudinal axis parallel to each other are next to each other combined into a large room. As a window, ordinary ship's windows are arranged here. The rooms in the container system are partially divided by means of intermediate walls 47. Two containers standing above each other are designed as stairwells and in such a form that a staircase 48 with its lower end begins at an opening 1 at one end of the container bottom 28 and opens into an opening 1 in the roof which is above the other end of the container bottom 28.
