Abstract

Field of the Invention This invention relates to an aerodynamic wind propulsion device, particularly for vessels, comprising an aerodynamic wing connected to a control unit, a tow cable, wherein a first one of the tow cable is connected to the control unit and a second end of the tow cable is connected to a bottom platform. a first end connected to the aerodynamic wing or control unit, a pile connected to the bottom platform. According to the invention there is provided an aerodynamic wind propulsion device as mentioned above, characterized in that a second end of the guide wire is connected to the bottom platform during and between take-off and landing, where the guide wire is passed through or along the pile and can transmit a tensile force on the aerodynamic wing at least below take-off or landing.
