Abstract

Anordning for vakuumtett sammenlodding av et perimetermetallbelegg (5) på en transparent vegg (4) til en perimetremetallramme (3) hos en holdestruktur (2) til en evakuert solfanger (1), spesielt en flat solfanger, hvilken fanger innbefatter et skjøtebånd (6), fortrinnsvis en myk metallstrimmel eller -bånd, spesielt en bly- og/eller kopperstrimmel eller -bånd, som er avpasset for vakuumtett forsegling av spalten (7) mellom den transparente veggen (4) og metallrammen (3) og som er avpasset for å bli loddet, spesielt mykloddet, til perimetermetallrammen (3) og perimetermetallbelegget (5) til den transparente veggen (4), idet skjøtebåndet innbefatter en loddelegering, idet anordningen innbefatter oppvarmingsmiddelet (24) for oppvarming: en første del (5A) av den transparente veggen (4) innbefatter minst en del av perimetermetallbelegget (5), en andre del (3A) av holdestrukturen (2) innbefatter minst en del av perimetermetallrammen (3), og skjøtebåndet (6) til minst smeltetemperaturen for nevnte loddelegering, når den transparente veggen (4) er posisjonert i holdestrukturen (2) med skjøtebåndet (6) i det minste delvis overlappende perimetermetallrammen (3) og metallbelegget (5), og trykkmidler (25) for påføring av en kraft på minst de første (5A) og andre (3A) deler og skjøtebåndet (6) som sikrer en mekanisk kontakt mellom den smeltede loddelegeringen og metallrammen (3) og metallbelegget (5) gjennom hele størkningsprosessen for loddelegeringen.
