Abstract
Oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer systemer, fremgangsmåter og innretninger for selektiv avfyring av en kanonkjede formet av flere kanoner. Konvensjonelt omfatter hver kanon en detonatorsammenstilling som detonerer etter å ha mottatt et avfyringssignal sendt av en overflatekilde. I en utførelse av oppfinnelsen kopler en operatør tilveiebrakt i kanonkjeden selektivt en eller flere av kanonene til signaloverføringsmediet. Operatøren har en sikker tilstand hvor operatøren isolerer kanonen fra avfyringssignalet og en armert tilstand hvor operatøren muliggjør overføring av avfyringssignaler til kanonen. Et styresignal blir brukt for å bevege operatøren mellom sikker tilstand og armert tilstand. I enkelte utførelser blir to eller flere kanoner hver forsynt med en egen operatør. I andre utførelser kan en operatør selektivt engasjere to eller flere kanoner.
