Abstract
Sammendrag Med oppfinnelsen tilveiebringes en fremgangsmåte for sekvestrering av karbondioksid ved mineralkarbonering, omfattende de følgende trinn: (a) å overføre magnesium- eller kaliumbladsilikathydroksid til et magnesium- eller kalsiumortosilikat eller -kjedesilikat ved å bringe silikathydroksidet i direkte eller indirekte varmevekslingskontakt med varm syntesegass for å oppnå silikatet, silika, vann og kjølt syntesegass; (b) og å bringe silikatet oppnådd i trinn (a) i kontakt med karbondioksid for å overføre silikatet til magnesium- eller kalsiumkarbonat og silika.
