Abstract

Det beskrives en rørbuntvarmeveksler omfattende en slitebestandig rørbunnkledning. Spaltgass fra en spaltovn i et termisk krakkingsanlegg som ankommer med høy hastighet inneholder på tross av kort oppholdstid kokspartikler som virker sterkt eroderende på gassinnløpssiderørbunnen i varmeveksleren. Det ville være ønskelig på rørbunnen og på innløpsområdet i kjølerrørene å kunne anbringe en metallisk kledning med høy bestandighet mot høytemperaturkorrosjon. Det foreslås en rørbuntvarmeveksler med en mot slitasjebestandig rørbunnkledning for anvendelse i termiske krakkingsanlegg med kjølerrøret (1) som gjennomstrømmes av gassen som skal avkjøles og som ved endene holdes av hver sin rørbunn, og som er utstyrt med en av kjølemiddel gjennomstrømmet mantel, hvorved gassinngangssiderørbunnen (2) på den mot den i rørbuntvarineveksleren innstrømmende gass i det minste delvis er dekket av et materialsjikt som på frontsiden består av enkelte og ved siden av hverandre anordnet og på ytterkantene mot hverandre støtende og i rørendene innstukne hylser (fig. 1), som består av et varmebestandig, metallisk materiale.
