Abstract
Oppfinnelsen forholder seg til en fremgangsmåte illustrert i skjema 1 for syntetisering av heterosykliske forbindelser med formel (I). Ifølge fremgangsmåten reagerer isotiocyanatet i formel (II) med det primære aminet i formel (III) for å oppnå tioureaet i formel (IV). Tiourea i formel (IV) omdannes så til heterosykelet i formel (I) ved anvendelse av en base og en sulfonsyre.
