Innretning for samtidig kjøling og fjeming av væske fra komprimert gass av et kompressorelement (1) eller av flere kompressorelementer (1) som er forbundet enten i parallell eller i serie, idet innretningen omfatter et trykkar (2) som er forsynt med en væskedrenering (8) i bunnen, et innløp (6) for komprimert gass i en avstand over sistnevnte og et utløp (18) for komprimert gass øverst i sistnevnte og et utløp (18) for komprimert gass øverst, karakterisert ved at fordelingsinnretningen (4) er tilveiebrakt i trykkaret (2) mellom innløpet (6) og utløpet (18) for den komprimerte gass, for spredning av et kjølefluid i direkte kontakt med den komprimerte gass og at varmeveksleren (5) er tilveiebrakt i trykkaret (2) for varming av den komprimerte gass som har blitt kjølt av kjølefluidet.
