Abstract

Overlevering i et celledelt radiosystem som har flere frekvensområder, er problematisk f.eks. med hensyn på utnyttelse av nettverkets kapasitet. Oppfinnel- sen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for overlevering, særlig i et celledelt radiosystem med minst to frekvensområder, hvor kringkasting utsendes i et første frekvensom- råde, og det oppstartes overlevering til et andre frekvensområde. Fremgangs- måten i henhold til oppfinnelsen kjennetegnes ved at skurer som sendes av mo- bilstasjonen (MS) og som angår overleverings-signalering, måles i basestasjonen (BTS), målresultatene sammenlignes med et på forhånd etablert kriterium, og overlevering fullføres bare når kriteriet tilfredsstilles.
